働きたがらないとは言っても、パートくらいはしてる。そして、家事も上手で、子供の世話もよくしている女性が友達には多い。離婚をしている人はいないから知らないけど、お金には汚い人たちではない。まともな日本人の女性は、カナディアン、ムスリム、チャイニーズの女性より家事は上手だよ。

実際にレイプや強制でないとその条項が適用されるかは微妙。

エイズを知ってて移した相手を相手取った刑事の判決で無罪が出てるから。

オンタリオでは性病を移してもお互い様ね、気持ちよかったでしょーぐらいじゃない。

ヤりたいので性病を持っててもOKと言う場合は犯罪にならない。（ if someone transmits an STD to another person without their consent）
性病を持ってても、レイプでなければOK。（and that person experiences sexual activity without their consent）

性病を貰う人は数人とセックスをしている場合が多いので「私ではなく他の人から性病を貰ったのでは？」と言われてしまうのでは？

それか「性病？私が性病を持ってたなんて知らなかった！」とか言われちゃうかもしれませんよね。

それか「性病の事はセックスの前に言いました。振られたから嫌がらせです。」とか言われる可能性もありますね。

その場合は泣き寝入りしかありませんよね。

一度そういう判決が出るとジャッジも面倒くさいのでそれを上書きするからね。
判決の公平性の問題でもあるし。
