Hi there! We are looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible MALE tenant for a beautiful room in a house near Nanaimo Station available from November 1st. (The other roommates are all quiet, clean males).★ Location & Transportation
7-minute walk to Nanaimo Skytrain Station (or 3 stops by bus).
Very convenient to commute to Downtown, Metrotown, UBC, BCIT, and SFU.
Located in a safe, quiet, and friendly residential neighborhood.
★ Room & House Features
Located on the 1st floor (Ground level) with a separate entrance.
High ceiling, big windows, and lots of natural light (Not a dark basement!).
Fully furnished: Clean bed, desk, chair, and closet are included.
High-speed internet, laundry, and dryer are available in the house.
★ House Rules (Looking for someone who matches below):
Strict No smoking, No drugs, and No noisy parties after 10 PM.
Looking for someone who is clean, organized, and respects shared spaces (Kitchen/Bathroom).
★ Rent & Terms
Rent: $900 / month (All utilities and internet included)
Damage Deposit: $450
Minimum stay: 2months.
I am the owner of the house (Korean)
The other two housemates are Koreans as well.
