Job Description
United Auto Distribution (UAD), a wholesale tire and wheel distributor, is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team in Scarborough.
We are looking for someone who can support our daily office operations, handle administrative tasks, and help keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Assist with daily order processing and inventory management
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Update Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
* Communicate with warehouse staff and other team members
* Assist with customer inquiries when needed
* Support the Operations Manager with daily administrative tasks
Requirements
* Good English communication skills
* Basic computer skills, including Excel
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently
* Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
* Previous office or administrative experience is an asset
Work Location
This is an in-person position at our Scarborough office. Remote work is not available.
