Karasu is a new premium Omakase Yakitori restaurant, bringing traditional Japanese yakitori techniques together with a distinctive dining experience.
We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our Front of House team as we prepare to open.
At Karasu, we believe great hospitality comes from attention to detail, genuine care for our guests, and strong teamwork. Our service focuses on delivering each dish at its best while creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
Whether you have experience in fine dining or are eager to develop your skills, we welcome individuals who share our commitment to quality service.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining, omakase, or Japanese restaurants is an asset.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sake, and beverages is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and English communication skills.
- Professional, attentive, and guest-focused approach to service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail, timing, and presentation.
- Ability to remain composed and organized during service.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
