ABOUT US
Kaminari is a neighbourhood ramen bar serving a mainly local crowd. We offer ramen made without added MSG, bar snacks, cocktails, wine, and sake. Our concept brings a different approach to the traditional Japanese ramen shop, combining great food with a welcoming neighbourhood bar atmosphere.
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable team member who enjoys connecting with guests and providing thoughtful service.
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong spoken English, with the confidence to explain our menu and communicate comfortably with guests.
• At least one year of restaurant experience.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada for at least the next six months.
• A reliable commute of approximately 30 minutes or less.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, wine, and sake.
• Valid Smart Serve certification before starting.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
We serve both lunch and dinner. Applicants with flexible availability for daytime and evening shifts will be given preference.
