Position:Full-time
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
**Starting Pay:** $19/hour, with opportunities for increases based on performance

United Auto Distribution is looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our new Kitchener warehouse team.

**Main Responsibilities:**

* Answer a high volume of customer phone calls
* Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, pickups and deliveries
* Enter and process orders accurately
* Communicate with the warehouse and delivery team
* Provide professional and helpful customer service

**Requirements:**

* Strong and clear spoken English is essential
* Must be comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
* Good communication and basic computer skills
* Reliable, organized and able to work independently
* Customer service experience is an asset
