Kibo Sushi Wilson - Management Track Opportunity Location: 555 Wilson Ave, Toronto, ON 5–10 minutes walking distance from Wilson StationKibo Sushi Wilson is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is interested in learning the restaurant business and growing into a management position. This is more than just a regular restaurant job. We are looking for someone who wants to learn how a restaurant is operated and eventually take on re sponsibilities as a manager, with opportunities to grow with us as we expand.
What We're Looking For
* Candidates with valid work authorization and sufficient visa/work permit time remaining will be preferred .
* Candidates who are interested in permanent residence are also preferred. LMIA support may be available for the right candidate, depending on eligibility and business circumstions tances.
* You should be able to work in at least two of the following areas: * Server * Sushi Bar * Kitchen
* You may initially work primarily in one position, and we will provide training in additional area s as you become familiar with the restaurant
. * Strong interest in restaurant business and operations.
* Willingness to learn and participate in:
* Inventory and stock management
* Customer service and guest relations
* Staff scheduling
* Hiring and recruiting
* Daily restaurant operations
* Training and managing staff
* No age or gender restrictions
. * Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is hardworking, responsible, motivated, and passi onate about learning and growing.
Compensation & Growth Starting Pay: $18/hour As you develop your skills and take on management responsibilities, $25+/hour is guaranteed when pro moted to a Manager position, with opportunities for further growth. For the right person, there is also a significant opportunity for career advancement.
As Kibo Sushi Wilson and our business continue to grow, the successful candidate will be given the f first opportunity to take on a General Manager role when we open a new location.
