We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.This position involves a high volume of phone calls and customer communication, so we are looking for someone who is friendly, confident, and has strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls
Take and process customer orders
Assist customers with product, pricing, and availability inquiries
Make simple sales and follow-up calls when needed
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Communicate with the sales and warehouse teams
Maintain accurate order and customer information
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
Friendly and confident when speaking with customers
Good organization and attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
Position: Full-time
Location: Scarborough, ON
Pay: Starting from $18/hour
