WE'RE HIRING — KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER / COOK Tiger Blues is looking for a passionate, reliable, and hardworking Cook to join our kitchen team!We are a modern Korean fusion restaurant that blends traditional Korean flavors with a creative, co n temporary twist.
If you love cooking, enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, and are excited to learn and create new dishes, we'd love to hear from you!
- Job Type: Part-time / Full-time - Schedule: 3–4 shifts per week Approximately 6 hours per shift Friday and Saturday availability is required
- Work Location: 811 Queen St W, Toronto
- What You'll Do
Prepare and cook dishes according to our menu and standards
Assist with food preparation and daily kitchen operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
Help with stock rotation and inventory
Work closely with the kitchen team to keep up with service
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Maintain consistency and attention to detail in every dish
Follow recipes, procedures, and kitchen standards consistently
- What We're Looking For
Previous professional kitchen experience preferred
Experience with Korean cuisine is an asset
Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
Reliable, responsible, and punctual Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Willingness to learn and develop new cooking skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to follow instructions carefully and consistently follow kitchen procedures and standards
