本格的な日本料理やこだわりの日本酒を提供し、お客様に楽しく居心地の良い時間を過ごしていただける空間づくりを大切にしています。
現在、一緒にお店を盛り上げてくれる明るく元気で、責任感のあるサーバースタッフを募集しています！
【仕事内容】
* 明るく元気にお客様をお迎えし、日本らしいおもてなしを提供
* 料理、日本酒、カクテルメニューのご案内・おすすめ
* POSシステムを使用したフード・ドリンクのオーダー入力
* 料理やドリンクの提供、お客様への気配り、テーブルの清掃・整理
* 現金、デビットカード、クレジットカードでのお会計対応
* 清掃や補充、他のスタッフのサポートなど、店舗運営に必要な業務
【応募条件】
* 有効なSmart Serve Ontario資格をお持ちの方
* レストランでのサーバー・接客経験1年以上の方歓迎
* 週末・祝日・深夜を含む柔軟なシフトに対応できる方
(※営業時間は深夜2:00まで)
* コミュニケーション能力があり、忙しい環境でも複数の業務をこなせる方
* 責任感を持って仕事に取り組める方
* 日本食や日本酒の知識がある方、または日常会話レベルの日本語が話せる方は大歓迎！

Yuugi Izakaya is a lively, high-energy Japanese pub and lounge located in the heart of Baldwin Village. We specialize in authentic Japanese tapas, premium sake, and creating an unforgettable, welcoming experience for our guests. We are looking for passionate, energetic, and hard-working servers to join our close-knit hospitality team.
【Job Responsibilities】
・Guest Hospitality: Welcome guests with high energy and traditional Japanese greetings
・Menu Knowledge: Guide guests through our tapas, sake, and cocktail menus with helpful recommendations
・Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system
・Table Service: Deliver items promptly, monitor guest needs, and maintain table cleanliness
・Payment Handling: Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
・Teamwork: Clean, restock, and assist teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations
【Qualifications & Requirements】
・Certification: Must hold a valid Smart Serve Ontario certification
・Experience: Minimum of [1 year] of restaurant serving or hospitality experience preferred
・Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts (we are open until 2:00 AM)
・Skills: Excellent communication, ability to multitask under pressure, and a strong work ethic
・Assets: Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sake, or conversational Japanese language skills is a major plus
