We are a premium Omakase Yakitori Restaurant looking for an experienced and passionate Yakitori Cook to join our team.
If you take pride in traditional Japanese grilling techniques and enjoy working in a high-quality dining environment, we would love to hear from you.
Position
* Yakitori Cook
* Full-Time / Part-Time
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience preparing and grilling yakitori
* Knowledge of charcoal grilling (Binchotan experience is an asset)
* Experience with Japanese cuisine is preferred
* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
* Positive attitude and strong teamwork
* English communication skills preferred
* Legally eligible to work in Canada
