Location: Near Steeles Ave. W. & Keele St., North York, ONDekora Album Co. is seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our production team full-time.
If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in producing high-quality products, and appreciate careful, precise work, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Assist our production team in all aspects of custom photo album manufacturing.
Prepare, assemble, inspect, and finish handmade products.
Learn to operate a variety of production machines and equipment (full training provided).
Use a computer to operate equipment and complete basic production tasks.
Package finished products for shipping.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Assist with inventory counts as required.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning to operate production equipment.
Basic computer literacy (comfortable using a PC and learning new software).
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Physically able to stand for most of the workday.
Good eyesight and hand dexterity for detailed craftsmanship.
Previous manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or craft experience is an asset, but no experience is required—we will provide full training.
What We Offer
Full-time, permanent employment
Starting wage: $18.00 per hour
Paid training on specialized equipment and production processes.
