Etobicoke（トロント西部）にある一戸建て住宅の2階で、家具付きの個室2部屋（マスターベッドルームと一般的なベッドルーム）を貸し出します。所在地 Bloor Street West / Islington Avenue
地下鉄2号線Islington駅から徒歩約5分、トロントのダウンタウンまでは地下鉄で約20分です。 静かで治安が良く、清潔な住宅街にあり、家の向かい側には小さな公園があります。
募集しているお部屋
マスターベッドルーム：月額$1,000 もう一つのベッドルーム：月額$900
光熱費と無制限インターネットは家賃に含まれています。洗濯設備も利用できます。
2階の2つの寝室には専用バスルームはありません。2階の入居者2名で、寝室の外の廊下にあるフルバスルーム1室を共用します。
キッチンは家主および他の入居者との共用です。

家主とのやり取りは英語となります。英語が苦手な方でも、翻訳アプリを使って基本的なコミュニケーションが取れれば問題ありません。

Two Furnished Bedrooms for Rent Near Islington Subway Station (Etobicoke)

Two furnished bedrooms—a master bedroom and a second bedroom—are available for rent on the second floor of a house in Etobicoke, on the west side of Toronto.
Location Bloor Street West / Islington Avenue
The house is approximately a 5-minute walk from Islington Station on Line 2 and about 20 minutes by subway from downtown Toronto.
The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and clean, with a small park directly across the street.
Available Rooms
Master bedroom: $1,000/month Second bedroom: $900/month
Utilities and unlimited internet are included. On-site laundry is available.
Neither bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom. The two second-floor bedrooms share one full bathroom located in the hallway outside the bedrooms.
The kitchen is shared with the homeowner and other occupants.
Students looking for a homestay arrangement are also welcome to inquire. Details can be discussed separately.
The landlord communicates in English. If you are not comfortable speaking English, it is fine as long as you can communicate using a translation app.
