Location: Kensington Market - Full Time RESPONSIBILITIES Glazing of the donuts and knowledge of all items Remembering customers - names and orders is a big must Provide friendly and efficient customer service. Accurately handle orders and transactions through the POS system. Keep the workspace and equipment clean and organized. Offer detailed information about our products Handle cash/debit/credit transactions with accuracy. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members for efficient operations. Assist with opening and closing duties. All other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
