お二方ともフレンドリーでたまにご飯もふるまってくれます。
治安もとても良く、夜でも出歩けるくらい安全な場所です。
ワーホリ留学の方はお仕事なども紹介してくれるそうです。
厳しいルールなども特になく最低限部屋を清潔に過ごしていれば、特に何も言われません。

This is a sublet for a room in a condominium owned by an elderly couple (a Japanese woman and a Canadian man). Both of them are incredibly friendly and occasionally treat their tenants to home-cooked meals. For anyone on a Working Holiday visa, they are also happy to help connect you with job opportunities. There are no strict house rules; as long as you keep your room clean and respect the space, they are very easygoing.
