Hello :)I’m looking for female roommates to share a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit near Queen Station starting July 1, 2026.
About me:
I’m a female working professional in my 30s from Korea. I’m quiet, clean, and respectful, so I’m looking for roommates with a similar lifestyle.
Location: About 5 minutes walking distance from Queen Station
Move-in date: July 1, 2026
Unit: 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
Number of people: 3 females in total, including me
No living room rental
Unfurnished
Utilities and internet included
Room Options:
1. Master Bedroom – $1,600/month
Private bathroom included
Spacious room with good privacy
2. Second Bedroom – $1,200/month
Bathroom will be shared with me
I will be living in the third bedroom.
I’m currently looking for someone for the master bedroom and someone for the second bedroom.
House Rules:
Female only
No smoking
No pets
No parties
No overnight guests without prior discussion
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Please keep common areas clean after use
Looking for someone respectful, quiet, and clean
Viewing / Photos:
I’m also moving into the unit on July 1, so unfortunately an in-person viewing before move-in is not available.
However, I can share the available photos of the rooms and the unit.
Agreement / Payment:
Before move-in, I would like to meet in person to talk about lifestyle, house rules, and agreement details. We will sign a roommate agreement before moving forward.
First month’s rent is due when signing the agreement.
Last month’s rent and a refundable $200 key deposit are due on the move-in date.
The key deposit will be returned when you move out and return the key.
