A family in Oakville is looking for a caring and energetic nanny to help care for school-aged children.Accommodation assistance may be available for applicants relocating from outside the area.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising and engaging children in outdoor/indoor play and activities
School and extracurricular activity pick-up/drop-off
Assisting with homework and learning activities
General childcare duties
Basic daily household tasks
We are not looking for someone who simply watches the children. We hope to find someone who enjoys actively engaging with them, creating meaningful experiences, and helping them learn and grow.
Requirements:
Valid work authorization in Canada with at least 6 months remaining before expiration
Availability for occasional evening care
Japanese childcare qualification (保育士license)
Native-level Japanese language skills
Strong communication skills and professional judgment
Ideal Candidate:
Positive and energetic
Responsible and dependable
Patient and nurturing with children
Enjoys spending time with children and supporting their development
Compensation:
Starting at $18/hour
