■ About the room・Building: HOEM on Jarvis (https://www.hoem.ca/)
・Room type: 1 private bedroom in a 3-bedroom suite
・You will share the suite with 2 other residents
・The bathroom is shared with 1 roommate
・Available anytime once the transfer process is completed, until Saturday, August 15, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (noon)
If you are only looking for a short stay of 1-2 months, feel free to message me as well. Depending on the situation, that may also be possible.
Official rate: $385/week
However, for someone who can commit early, I am open to discussing a special discounted price.
■ Why this residence is great
HOEM hosts monthly events, so it is a great place to meet other international students and local Canadian students and make new friends.
■ Room and building features
HOEM is fully furnished, and utilities plus high-speed Wi-Fi are included.
The private bedroom has its own lock, and the suite includes kitchen appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils.
The building also offers bi-weekly cleaning service, 24-hour security, a gym, and many other great amenities.

■ About the agreement transfer (TYA)
This is not an unofficial sublet.
The room will be transferred through HOEM’s official Transfer of Agreement (TYA) process.
You would sign an official agreement directly with the management company (CSCI), so the process is safe and legitimate.
■ Eligibility
You must not currently be living at HOEM
You must be a student currently attending, or planning to attend, one of the following schools
(student ID or proof of enrollment is required)
• Toronto Metropolitan University
• OCAD University
• University of Toronto
• George Brown College
• Toronto Film School
• Northeastern University
• CMU College of Makeup Art & Design
• Canada’s National Ballet School
• Kaplan Language School
• Education First
• Randolph College
• The Michener Institute of Education
If you attend another school, you may still be eligible, so feel free to ask.
The location is excellent and very convenient for commuting to school.
