Very warm in winter. Air conditioning in summer.
SOME HOMES DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING OR IT'S BROKEN AND THEY WILL NOT FIX IT BECAUSE The OWNER IS BAKA AND/or they keep the heat very LOW in winter so it's always cold. You can have a lot of problems with a bad owner. Choose wisely, your living arrangementis (and job) are the most important part of your Canada life
