Join design-driven flower shop in the heart of downtown Toronto. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented florist with a strong sense of aesthetics and a genuine passion for flowers.
This is a hands-on role in a high foot-traffic environment where all floral design happens on the sales floor. You should be confident engaging with customers, intuitive in your design approach, and comfortable working at a fast pace.
What You’ll Do:
– Create fresh, seasonal floral arrangements for daily sales and custom orders
– Assist customers with flower selection and care guidance
– Prepare bouquets, vase arrangements, and in-store displays
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace (vases, shelving, trimmings)
– Support inventory management and general shop operations
– Uphold high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation
What We’re Looking For:
– Fluent in English
– Previous florist or floral design experience required
– Strong visual sense and attention to detail
– Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
– Adaptable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
– Ability to lift and handle floral products
– Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Nice to Have:
– Retail or flower shop experience
– Experience with POS systems and social media
– Strong customer service skills

– Position: Florist (1–2 openings)
– Location: Downtown Toronto, ON
– Job Type: Contract
– Pay: From CA$18/hour (based on experience)
