* There are 3 women in this condo.
* There are H-mart(oriental food store), Metro Supermarket, Tim Horton's Coffee Shop,Dry Cleaner near by this condo. Therefore, you can enjoy your culturesd life through this residence.
*It taked around 7-9minutes to reach the subway station by walking.
* If you take the bus(bus stop is located near by condo) you need only 1 minutes to go there.
