Ke Charcoal Grill & Sushi is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and is eager to provide guests with an exceptional Japanese dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining strong menu knowledge, and ensuring each guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable visit. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience Present menus and provide detailed explanations of dishes, sushi, and beverages Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests quickly Maintain a clean and organized dining area Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately Follow all food safety and service standards Requirements Previous serving experience in a restaurant preferred Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or sushi is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: In person
