Hello.It is a 10-minute bus ride from East York Broadview or Papee Station, which offers good access to downtown.
Address: 184 O‘Connor Drive
Since there is a bus stop right in front of the house with various buses passing by every 5 minutes, it is convenient to get to Subway. My current roommate is a woman, so female students and working professionals are welcome
No smoke, no pets (Please understand as this is a shared house )
It is a large room, so it is equipped with a queen-size bed, a desk, and a closet. It is private and quiet with a backyard window view. Free laundry facilities are provided, and since it was renovated a year ago, it is very clean. It features a central heating system, so the air conditioning and heating are excellent
