About us:We are a high-end sushi restaurant dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience, combining precision, refinement, and impeccable service. Our team values professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements:
-Relevant experience in high-end service
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Bilingual in French and English
-Knowledge of wines. Optional: knowledge of sake.
-Neat, professional presentation
Main responsibilities:
-Welcoming guests and guiding them through their experience throughout the evening
-To recommend, sell and present sakes, wines and other beverages.
-Ensuring the smooth running of the service and the satisfaction of the guests
-Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the room
-Collaborating with managers and the team to ensure smooth service
-Participate in any related tasks (cleaning, laundry, etc.) during opening and closing
What we offer:
-Hourly $25-$30 (We are a non-tipping restaurant)
-Work in a very small volume service environment (16 clients max) focused on quality
-Extremely well-maintained, calm and professional work environment
