A 35-minute bus ride to downtown, and several bus routes to shopping centres, LRT stations and restaurants. Close to all amenities, public transportation, parks and biking/walking paths.
You will share the living room, kitchen, laundry and back yard with us: a family of four and a cat. You will share the bathroom with another homestay.
Rent is 700/month. Rent includes all utilities and internet. Free housekeeping service included (twice a month). Rent does NOT include meals but you can cook using our kitchen (cookware and utensils are shared). Deposit is $300. Minimum stay is 2 months, long term stays are welcome.
