Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
• Serving drinks and food to customers
• Preparing drinks
• Handling payments and operating the POS system
• Cleaning the store and espresso machine before opening and after closing
• Restocking supplies
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Wage: $17.20 per hour + tips
Requirements:
• Must have at least 11 months remaining on a valid visa
• Must be flexible with shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Barista experience and latte art skills are preferred
• Smart Serve certification is required
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work efficiently and proactively during busy hours
• Able to handle POS system and cash transactions
• Can maintain company standards for quality and presentation when preparing and serving food and drinks
• Willing to assist with clean-up and restocking of the workstation
• Reliable, cooperative, and has a positive team attitude
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Server to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages to our patrons.
$17.20 + Tip
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, while adhering to company standards for quality and presentation
• Handle and maintain all equipment, ensuring it is kept clean and in good working order
• Operate the POS (Point of Sales) system, handling cash and credit card payments accurately and following cash handling procedures
• Assist with clean-up of workstations, including set up and restocking of supplies
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company standard operating procedures and health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in Japanese is an asset, but not required
