最低6ヶ月以上住める方だと嬉しいです。
家賃月額＄1100.00/Canadaドル、家具、インターネット、光熱費、Wi-Fi、全て込み。
バスルームとキッチンを私と二人でシェアする形になります。
５月１日から入居可能です。
2部屋のアパートでWellesley stationから徒歩5分以内のとても便利な好立地です。(at Church and Wellesley Street in Toronto, ON.)
空いているお部屋は南向きのシングルベッドルームで、タンス、クローゼット、棚等の十分な収納スペースがあります。
そのほかにも複数の収納スペースが有り、靴、衣料品、食料品、食器、本、日用品等を共有で収納できます。キッチン用具も充実しています。(炊飯器、instantpot, ミキサー等）
建物のエントランスはセキュリティが整っており、ここ住んでいる住人またはその友人、関係者のみしか建物に入ることができないようになっているので安心です。
ビル内にはエレベーターがあり、建物の地下にランドリールームがあります。
私はカナダと日本のハーフで、日本語と英語が話せます。１０年前にバンクーバーからトロントに移ってきました。過去に日本にも住んでいた経験があります。
現在はリモートワークで家で仕事をすることが多いです。個人を尊重し、穏やかで綺麗好きな性格です。

立地について
地下鉄Wellesley 駅(最寄駅)まで徒歩5分以下
Ossington駅（西方面）/Castle Frank駅（東方面）へと向かう94A/Cバスのバス停はアパートから徒歩１分
Ryerson University までは徒歩でわずか10〜15分、Toronoto Universityは徒歩10分〜20分、またGeorge Brown College (King East Campus)は徒歩25分で通学可能
徒歩5〜10分圏内にLoblaws、No-Frills、Galleria Supermarket、dollarama、LCBO等の充実した施設
このアパートはダウンタウンの中心に位置しているので、他にもたくさんのレストランやお店が徒歩圏に充実しています。カナダ最大級であるショッピングモールEaton Centreにも駅からたった2駅で行くことが可能です(徒歩でも15〜20分程度)。トロントを満喫するにもってこいの素晴らしい立地です。

Room for rent in a two-bedroom, one-bathroom (shared) apartment by Church and Wellesley.
The room is fully furnished with a single bed, dresser, closet, bedside table, bookshelf, and a full-length mirror, and is south-facing, so there is plenty of natural light.
There is extra storage space by the entrance closet and a large storage closet within the apartment.
The unit is in a quiet, clean, well-maintained and secure building. There is elevator access and paid laundry in the building's basement.
About me: My name is Tayemi, I am a 36-year-old female, originally from Vancouver, and I moved to Toronto over 10 years ago. I am half Japanese and can speak Japanese fluently. I have lived in Tokyo and go to Japan often. I work mostly from home. I am a quiet, clean and respectable individual.

The 94A/C bus stops a few steps away from the building, which travels west to Ossington subway station and east to Castle Frank subway station.
It is only a 10-15 minute walk to Ryerson University.
10-20 minute walk to the University of Toronto.
25-minute walk to George Brown College (King East Campus).
5-minute walk to Toronto’s flagship, Loblaws supermarket.
10-minute walk to No-Frills supermarket.
You are right in downtown Toronto, so there are lots of restaurants, many places to check out within walking distance - the apartment is located in a convenient and great area to truly experience the city.
