Looking for a female roommate to share a two-bedroom house in Vancouver. The house is in the convenient Oakridge / Langara neighbourhood in Vancouver. Only a short 3-minute walk to the Oakridge - 41st Canada Line Station. A five-minute walk to Langara College. Several quick, easy options to get to downtown, UBC, Richmond and Burnaby. Your roommate is female and she has her own bedroom. You'll have your own bedroom (furnished - bed, night table, desk, chair and closet). The bedroom is on the second floor with a big closet and 3 large windows for lots of natural light. The two of you will share the bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room. Available on or after May 1, 2026.- washer and dryer in suite (you can use them anytime)
