以下、知人からのメッセージです。
Sharing a 2-bed 2-bath condo.
The room is empty right now. Moving in now mid - march or in 1st of April is fine.
You are going to rent furnished 1 bedroom and a private full bathroom.
The kitchen (oven, dishwasher, small appliances), dining room, and living room are shared.
The deposit is 1/2 of the rental. All the untiliies are included, except hydro bill - only 1/3 every two months (about $20-25 for every 2 months). Also if you can use mindfully dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet papers, paper towel included. The laundry machine is also inside the unit to use so worry free about coin laundry.
I have a long-hair cat at home and four reptiles (in the cage). Please put your consideration if you have any allergy.
The location is near Mayfair Mall and the Toyota dealership. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the mall.
Buses 11, 21, 22, 8, and 9 pass near by and the remaining buses can be taken near Mayfair Mall.
