**Job Description:
- Quickly and accurately prepare and cook menu options as per guest’s specifications
- Performing a broad range of kitchen duties, including inventory control, preparing ingredients, etc.
- Assisting team members with duties, as needed, to ensure smooth business operations
- Diligently following all health and safety policies and procedures, including COVID-19 protocol
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
**What We Are Looking For:
- Experience working in a similar role setting is required
- Experience working specifically with Ramen is preferred
- Must possess Food Handler’s Certification
- Ability to lift heavier objects (up to 50 lb) is necessary
- Must be a team player; this is a smaller establishment and a willingness to work cooperatively with, and pitch in to help team members, including those in other roles is essential
- Good organization, prioritization, and time management skills
**Licence/Certification:
- Food Handling
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
