About the Role
We are seeking 1–2 creative, detail-oriented Florists to join our team in downtown Toronto. The ideal candidates have a strong sense of aesthetics, a passion for floral design, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and create fresh floral arrangements for daily sales, custom orders, and special occasions
Prepare bouquets, vase arrangements, and seasonal displays
Assist customers with flower selection and basic care advice
Organize and maintain floral inventory and work areas
Support general store operations as needed
Ensure high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation
Qualifications
Fluent in English with clear verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset
Previous florist or floral design experience preferred
Basic knowledge of flower care and handling
Strong attention to detail and visual presentation
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Experience in a retail or flower shop environment
Experience with using POS systems
Customer service experience
Availability to work weekends and holidays

主な業務内容
日常販売、オーダーメイド、特別なイベント向けのフラワーアレンジメントの制作
花束、花瓶アレンジ、季節ディスプレイの準備
お客様への花の選定サポートおよび基本的なケア方法の案内
花材在庫および作業エリアの整理・管理
必要に応じた店舗運営のサポート
品質・鮮度・見た目に関する高い基準の維持
応募資格
英語での円滑なコミュニケーション能力
広東語および／または中国語（普通話）が話せる方は歓迎
フローリストまたは花のデザイン経験者優遇
花材の取り扱いやケアに関する基本的な知識
細部への注意力と高い美的感覚
