Downtown room is available downtown toronto 15 minutes east of Eaton Center and Dundas Station. Also close to all shopping and everything and other amenities. Room has included: bed, desk, light, heat, hot water with good pressure and all appliances. The rent is affordable for downtown=$500.00. Please contact to arrange viewing time. Available January 25th. Very ideal place for a tidy and quiet male.
