Position: Sous Chef
Wage: Starting at $27/hour (depending on experience)

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience

Excellent knife skills and strong culinary fundamentals

Ability to prepare pie fillings in large skillets and manage large-batch production

Strong knowledge of and strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

Fluent in English; must be able to communicate in English without any difficulty

Valid working visa for at least 1 year or longer

Permanent Resident (PR) preferred

Job Responsibilities

Preparing pie fillings and related components in large quantities

Maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency during production

Ensuring all food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards are met

Supporting overall kitchen operations, including production and packing tasks as required
