Furnished bedroom with private bathroom ina walk-out basement in downtown Toronto (Bathurst and Dundas) is available to move in on March 8th.

15 minutes walk to university of Toronto, TMU and OCAD.

Less than 5 minutes walk to tnt, Loblaws, FreshCo and Chinatown, bus stop is 20 meters away.

Bathroom is shared with a male student, coin laundry is in the basement.

Monthly rent $880 includes utilities and free WiFi.
