The room is part of a 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo shared with a Korean female tenant. All essentials—including furniture, utilities, kitchenware, dishes, and bedding—are provided.

Duration: 2 months (total $1800)
Key deposit: $500 (refundable upon move-out)
