Hi there! ...... This room is available on Feb 1st. You will be sharing with a working Japanese girl and a working Canadian guy. We offer and are looking for a genuinely nice, trustworthy person who ENJOYS being clean, quiet and helping keep a clean apartment. Someone who has a good grasp of common sense etiquette for sharing a space with others. Ie: being respectful, cleaning up after yourself, following a weekly cleaning schedule, not taking what isn't offered, not leaving things in the common areas, etc. Basic stuff…. The room is 10ft by 9ft & comes furnished with a bed, desk, TV and a closet. The apartment and kitchen have everything you need to cook, eat and drink. The building is conveniently located in downtown Toronto on Dufferin St in between King and Queen Streets. There's a bus stop right in front of the building, and buses come by every five minutes, and it's a 10 minute ride to the Dufferin subway station. It's a 20 second walk to the Queen Street streetcar stop, which runs 24 hours, and a two minute walk to the 24 hour King Street streetcar stop. It's a 2 minute drive to the highway. There is a Fresco grocery store a 3 minute walk away, and a Metro grocery store 2 minutes away, and lots of restaurants in Liberty Village. It's a VERY convenient location. There is security onsite nightly, a laundry room, a small gym, and free guest parking is available, as well as paid monthly parking.
The rent is $950 a month, which includes everything including high speed internet, central air/heating, and all amenities.
