We take pride in creating a positive atmosphere for both customers and staff, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team. Position We are hiring Baristas / Coffee Shop Team Members for both full-time and part-time roles. Simcoe Place Mos Mos location is open only weekdays and closed all stat holidays and weekends. Qualifications Previous experience in the coffee industry is not required — training provided! Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Time management and multitasking skills, especially during peak hours. Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift and carry heavy items (e.g., milk crates, boxes of supplies).
