Are you looking for a clean and respectful person to live in a nice large room on the third floor of a house located midtown Toronto. Available from February 1, 2026. First month is $450 and after it will be $625. You will share kitchen and bathroom with 3 female Japanese young professionals and are very friendly and considerate of each other. This is not a party house, we like it clean, calm and respectful here. Minimum stay is 6 month, a year lease is preferred.Location is near Dufferin and Dupont. Very convenient and trendy location, with easy access to Dufferin shopping mall, Walmart, grocery stores, downtown, lakeshore and the West end. We live right next to two very cool streets (Geary and Ossington) with lots of bars, restaurants, art galleries, . There are several large parks nearby. It is a great place to be! The closest subway station is Dufferin, and it is only 4 min by bus or 15 min walk. It is easy to get around the city from our house. There is also a bike lane in front of the house.
What's available:
-shared kitchen, with a microwave and oven
-shared washroom with shower
- one bedroom with a double sized bed
- Study desk & chair, lamp, bedside table
-A screen is available if you need it (not TV)
- Included are Netflix and so is other utilities (electricity, water, wifi)
