Sushi Chef Manager – Hello Nori Toronto

HELLO NORI is looking for an experienced Sushi Chef Manager to join our Toronto locations.

Hello Nori currently operates 5 locations in Vancouver and 2 in Toronto, with a third Toronto location opening in 2026.

Hello Nori is on a mission to grow to 100 locations.

Requirements
• Professional experience as a Sushi Chef and strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine
• Experience with staff training, shift management, and inventory control
• Ability to contribute to menu development
• Strong team management and communication skills
• English communication skills
• Availability to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
