Ontario Spring Water Sake Company is hiring a tour attendant who can work from Friday to Sunday, with occasional shifts on weekdays, to provide guided tasting tours at our brewery in the Distillery District.**What You Will Be Doing:
Provide customers with information about our history, brewery and products.
Respond to customer questions and requests.
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills required to interact effectively with customers.
Be flexible with your schedule.
Represent our brand professionally.
Assist customers in making purchases.
**Skills and Abilities:
Advanced English skills in speaking and listening.
Valid work permit.
Smart Serve certification.
Interest in sake.
**Requirements:
Must be flexible with scheduling.
General computer knowledge and skills.
Experience as a tour guide and knowledge of sake and Japanese cuisine.
**Compensation:
$17.60 CAD per hour.
Starting at $19 CAD for experienced candidates (minimum 1 year of experience required).
Probation period: 3 months.
**Work Environment:
You will work in a retail store and a tasting bar at the brewery.
