補足
This is a cozy, corner room in a house situated in the heart of downtown Toronto!It is a 10 minute walk from Kensington Market and a 15 minute walk to Chinatown; there are a great number of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants readily available in the neighborhood.
The room is on the second floor in a 3 story house, and the kitchen and bathroom is shared with 2 other tenants on the same floor.
Currently the other tenants on the same floor are young professionals from Japan, and they are very respectful of your privacy.
The rent is $980 including utilities and wifi, and first and last month rent is required at move-in.
PLEASE NOTE: It is preferred that the future tenant speaks Japanese or has experience living with Japanese roommates; almost all of the other tenants in the house are Japanese!
I would like to hand over the space at the end of December, or the beginning of next January; the timing is flexible so please let me know if you have any questions!
