私たちカップルは、トロントの Avenue Rd（St Clair Ave と Dupont St の間）にある 1 ベッドルームのアパートを、1 月上旬〜中旬ごろから 3 月 15 日までサブレットとしてお貸しします。（ご希望があれば、より短期間の滞在も可能です。）
入居希望日は 1 月 2 日または 3 日ですが、1 月中の入居であればご相談に応じます。
料金は滞在期間によって相談可能です。
写真に写っている私物は、特に記載がない限り置いていきません（退去前にきれいに片付けます）。
清潔で責任感のある方（1 名、カップル、友人同士など）を募集しています。
アパートは中層階建てビルの 2 階にある、最近リノベーションされた広めのユニットです。完全にプライベートな空間で、他の入居者と共有する部分はありません。治安が良く静かなエリアですが、ダウンタウンへも近い便利な立地です。

My partner and I are subletting our 1 bedroom apartment on Avenue Rd between St Clair Ave and Dupont St starting from early-to-mid January until March 15 (shorter stay possible if needed).
Preferred move in date - Jan 2 or 3, but arrangements can be made if you need to move in Jan
The total price for the stay is negotiable - depends on length of stay.
**Please note that all personal objects visible in the photos will not be left out unless noted below - i.e. the unit will be cleaned up***
We are looking for a single person, a couple or pair of friends who are clean and responsible.
It’s a 2nd floor, recently renovated and spacious unit in a mid-rise building. It is completely private (no other tenants in the unit). The area is safe and quiet while still being very close to downtown.
Furniture etc. includes:
-double bed
-desk in bedroom
-dressers, closet for hanging clothes
-large leather couch in living room (can be slept on so plenty of space for a non-couple to share and sleep separately)
-coffee table, various shelves/smaller tables
-two desks with computer monitors in living room
-lamps in bedroom/living room
-blackout curtains
-TV, HDMI cable
-extra blankets
-electric fans, electric heater fan
-hangers for hanging laundry
-pull-up bar
Kitchen includes:
-electric stove with 4 burners, oven
-dishwasher, microwave, air fryer
-fridge and freezer, shelf space
-counter and cupboard space
-pots, pans, dishes, mixing bowls, mugs, silverware, blender, cooking equipment etc.
There is laundry on site which can be used by downloading an app/entering credit card info.
It is an old building and sound travels easily (especially to units below), so there shouldn't be any loud music or partying late at night.
