仕事内容• 配分に基づいて食材使用量を見積もり、野菜・食材の発注を担当する
• キッチンスタッフへ業務内容、食品衛生、調理方法などのトレーニングおよび指導を行う
• 規定のレシピに沿って調理・準備する
• シェフの指示に従い、必要に応じてキッチン内の他業務をサポートする
• 全キッチンスタッフの勤務スケジュールを作成し、業務・役割を適切に割り振る
応募資格
• スピード環境での調理経験3年以上
• 寿司の調理経験必須
• コミュニケーション能力、前向きな姿勢、主体性、チームワーク精神
• 夜間および週末勤務が可能な方
• 飲食業への情熱と「食」への強い興味
• 優れたリーダーシップおよびスタッフを動機づける能力
• 物事の優先順位をつけ、整理し、必要なタスクを確実に遂行できる能力
• 状況を的確に判断し、問題解決できる思考力
• プレッシャーのかかる状況でも、サービス提供時間に合わせて効率的に業務を進められる能力
給与

Job Responsibilities:
-Estimates food consumption based on allocation; responsible for ordering produce
-Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety, cooking methods, etc.
-Cooks and prepares a variety of food using standardized production recipe
-Assists in other areas in the kitchen as required and directed by the Chef
-Create work schedules for all kitchen staff and assign work and duties accordingly
Qualifications:
-3+ years culinary experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
-Sushi Experience is required
-Strong communication skills; positive attitude; good initiative; team player
-The shift includes evenings and weekends
-Must have a passion for the business and a love of food
-Excellent leadership and motivational skills
-Ability to prioritize, organize and follow through as necessary
-A clear thinker with the aptitude to analyze and resolve problems, exercising good judgment
-Capacity to work well under pressure, meeting production schedules and timelines for service periods
