Room rental: 5 minutes bus ride or 15 minutes walk to downtown Victoria, conveniently located in James Bay (Government Street and Dallas Road), a block from ocean and Beacon Hill Park, few minutes walk to nearby bus stop for bus # 2,3,5 and 10. Available starting mid March.
$900 per month including water, electricity, and wifi.
Furnished with bed, bedding supplies, desk, chair, dressers and kitchen utensils.
Prefer female and long term stay, sharing with other female.
Viewing between 11:30 am to 5:00 pm. with 24 hours notice.
11:30 am to 5:30 pm for viewing appointment or further information
