Prep Cook プレップクック (Part-time パートタイム/ Hourly 時間給)
Prep Cooks are responsible for setting up workstations and preparing ingredients for the cooking process. Prep Cooks perform basic cooking duties and day-to-day kitchen operations. プレップクックは、調理工程に必要なワークステーションのセットアップと食材の準備を担当します。ラインクックは、基本的な調理業務と日々のキッチン業務を担当します。
- Wage: $17.60 + tips (if applicable) 時給 $17.60 + チップ

- Key responsibilities: 業務内容
• Prepare and portion all items, promptly, efficiently and with attention to detail すべての商品を迅速かつ効率的に、細部まで気を配りながら調理し、盛り付ける
• Utilize various kitchen skills and cooking methods to meet Brand standards 様々なキッチンスキルと調理方法を活用し、ブランド基準を満たす
• Prepare and stock all line product items and garnishes including maintaining assigned par levels すべてのライン製品と付け合わせを準備し、在庫管理を行い、指定された基準値を維持する
• Evaluate quality of food products and prep items. Report any discrepancies 食品および下ごしらえ品の品質を評価し、差異があれば報告する
• Operate dishwasher as directed. Ensure chemicals and water temperature are as expected 指示に従って食器洗浄機を操作し、洗剤と水温が適切であることを確認すする

[Physical Demands]
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position works in extreme temperatures- hot and cold and requires standing for up to 8 hours per shift, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This position also requires lifting to 40lbs* from floor to waist, and waist to shoulder. This position also requires twisting, turning, and reaching.
