Hello, my name is Masa.I’m looking for someone to take over my room, as I’ll be returning to Japan soon.
The nearest station is Warden on the east side of the Green Line. It takes about 30 minutes door-to-door to Bloor–Yonge, so I never felt any inconvenience.
The house has three floors, and the room for rent is on the third floor.
You’ll be living with one kind Canadian male owner and his adorable one-year-old dog.
The house has high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully furnished room, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need—pots, dishes, glasses, chopsticks, etc.
The owner always keeps kitchen paper, toilet paper, and tissues stocked.
A washer and dryer are also available.
I’ve lived here for 10 months, and I’ve never had any problems with the owner.
He’s very kind — he sometimes treats me to meals, takes me on drives, and teaches me about English and Canadian history.
It’s a perfect environment for those coming to Canada on a working holiday or language study!
Rent: $900/month
