Clean and spacious room on the first floor. Shared washroom and kitchen with other two person. Quiet neighborhood close to many schools, malls, and restaurants. The room comes with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, and lamp. The kitchen has pots, pans, appliances, and utensils. All utilities are included, which are gas, electricity, hydro, heat, water, and high speed WIFI. Available now and $680/month.

Also I have other big room with big windows on second floor, separate with first floor. The room will share bathroom and kitchen with one Japanese boy. $750/ months, Available for February 1st.
