About Us
Mos Mos Coffee is a welcoming, high-energy coffee shop serving Toronto’s downtown community. We take pride in creating a positive atmosphere for both customers and staff, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team.
Position
We are hiring Baristas / Coffee Shop Team Members for both full-time and part-time roles. Simcoe Place Mos Mos location is open only weekdays and closed all stat holidays and weekends.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the coffee industry is not required — training provided!
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Time management and multitasking skills, especially during peak hours.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift and carry heavy items (e.g., milk crates, boxes of supplies).
Pay & Benefits
- Starting at $17.60 per hour + tips
- Tips shared based on hours worked
- Overtime pay where applicable
- Semi-monthly direct deposit for wages
- Employee discounts on food & drinks
Schedule
- Morning shifts (starting as early as 6.45am)
- Evening shifts (up to 5:45pm)
- Monday–Friday (must be available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)
Work Location
- In person – downtown Toronto
