Shifts & Hours
* 3–4 shifts/week (Sunday availability required)
* Hours: between 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (exact schedule to be discussed during the interview)
* Applicants must be available from morning (10:00 AM start). Those who cannot work mornings will not be considered.
Compensation & Perks
* Compensation to be negotiated after the interview and trial shift
* Trial Shift: Paid (details discussed during the interview)
* Perks: Staff meal (まかない) + coffee/tea included
Job Responsibilities
* Preparation of ingredients (Mise en place: cutting, seasoning, portioning, etc.)
* Ability to cook using stove and oven
* Fast and efficient with hands (quick worker)
* Maintaining a clean and organized workstation at all times
* Dishwashing and hygiene management
* Team support during busy hours
* Receiving ingredients and inventory management
* Strong multitasking ability
* Skilled at filleting and cutting fish
* Ability to stay calm and focused when multiple orders come in at once
What We’re Looking For
* A team player
* A bright, friendly, and positive attitude
* Relevant cooking/restaurant kitchen experience (preferred)
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* No phone use during shifts
* Reliable and responsible — no no-shows
