A renovated and furnished large 12 ft. x 12 ft. (3.65m x 3.65m) room for $1,000 available in the King/Bathurst area immediately. Females only.Located just a 2 minute walk to the King streetcar and a 5 minute walk to the Bathurst and Queen streetcars. You can be downtown in 15-20 mins. by transit and is also walkable. This location is close to shopping, restaurants, schools, theaters, parks and hospitals and all other conveniences. Vibrant queen street vibe and close to liberty village.
The large room has a queen bed, large closet, dresser and desk. You would be sharing the newly renovated bathroom and 14 ft. (4.25m) x 8' (2.45m) kitchen with another female on the top floor of my house.
I am looking for a mature responsible female who is quiet and clean. No smoking, no pets and no parties. It's a very quiet, comfortable and safe environment and I live in the bottom portion of the house.
Gas, electricity, water, air conditioning and unlimited high speed internet and laundry facilities (weekly) are all included. There is everything you would need for cooking and entertaining. Includes a fridge, stove, microwave, rice cooker, small blender and crock pot. Also included are pots and pans, dishes etc.
